Now, due to popular demand, Michael Foy and Publishing Search Solutions are introducing a new program, Publishing Job Hunter Coach. It is a one on one relationship modeled after personal coaching techniques. Its purpose is to educate newly laid off candidates on how to land their next job. Topics will include customizing resumes, identifying employers, using social networks, approaching employers, follow through etc...
The ideal participant will be out of a publishing job within the last three months, looking for another job in the industry, willing to accept direction and be disciplined in executing those directions.
The program will essentially be made up of four half hour phone appointments and there will be homework after each meeting. The one time cost will be either $400 or $250 depending on a candidate's level. Participants will be eligible for the openings that Publishing Search Solutions is filling as well.
